Where do you source your ingredients?

Our ingredients come from all around the world and are blended and packaged in the United States.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured here in the United States in cGMP-certified and FDA-registered facilities.

Are your products third-party tested?

All of our products are third-party tested for heavy metals, solvents, and other unnatural substances.  We independently test every ingredient that goes into our products, and we also third-party batch-test the finished products to ensure purity, safety, and consistency.

How long do your products last?

Under normal cool, dry conditions, they may last up to a year on the shelf.

Do you offer gluten-free products?

Yes, we offer gluten-free products.

Do you offer vegan-friendly products?

Yes, we offer vegan-friendly products.

Do you provide free samples?

We normally do not provide free samples of Vital Force supplements.

Do you use artificial sweeteners?

At Vital Force, we strongly believe in using natural ingredients. As a result, our products contain no artificial flavoring, artificial sweeteners, or artificial coloring.

Ordering & Subscribing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

How do I track my order?

After your purchase has been delivered, you will receive a shipping notification via email. You may also go to our Track My Order page to check on the status of your order.

How do I talk to someone about my order?

If you have any questions or concerns about an order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always ready to assist!

I can't access my account.

Before attempting to log in, double-check that you've made an account with us. To create an account, click the "Create Account" button. If you still can't access your account, please contact us.

How do I manage my subscription?

Login to your Vital Force Account. Click on the “Manage My Subscriptions'' button, and you will be taken to your subscription portal, where you can manage your active and inactive subscriptions.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will lose access to your regular subscription discount. If you have a good supply on hand, we recommend skipping your next delivery or rescheduling it instead of canceling.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What if my order comes damaged or gets lost?

Please contact our support staff if your order is damaged or delayed. We also recommend that you obtain insurance on your purchase through Route protection, which will cover any expenses.
