I am opening the capsule and adding them to almond milk and mix in a small blender. My C was 130 and GFR 39. I have a blood test on Jan 31 and hopefully things will be better. Taste with almond milk is pleasant, weak milk shake. I am 2/3 through first and second arrived Monday. Will be continuing to order.
